Mouli Banerjee is a PhD candidate at the University of Warwick, where her research focuses on legal meanings, political parties, and parliamentary politics in India ; and Shirin M. Rai is Distinguished Research Professor of Politics and International Studies, SOAS, University of London, and the co-author of Performing Representation : Women Members in the Indian Parliament (Oxford University Press, 2019).
