Report du référendum en Haïti: «Le marqueur d’une impasse dans laquelle se trouve le gouvernement»
En Haïti, l’administration électorale a annoncé, dans la soirée du lundi 7 juin, que le référendum constitutionnel était reporté sine die. Une décision qui satisfait l’opposition. Celle-ci dénonçait le caractère anticonstitutionnel de ce futur scrutin. L’argument évoqué est la crise sanitaire, mais il s’agit en fait d’un prétexte pour ce pays en pleine crise politique et sécuritaire.
