Haïti: le dossier PetroCaribe en trois mots
PetroCaribe est un accord de coopération énergétique lancé en 2005 par le Venezuela avec une quinzaine de pays, dont Haïti. Les bénéfices devaient servir pour financer des projets sociaux et de développement. PetroCaribe a fait l’objet d’un audit de la Cour des comptes haïtienne en 2019.
